Preparation for the preliminary meeting

Before our preparatory meeting for your upcoming photoshoot, I recommend considering some key questions. This will help us achieve better results.

  1. Define Goals: What do you aim to achieve with the images? Is it to inform about your company, provide sales incentives, or attract new personnel?

  2. Message of the Images: What message or feeling do you want the photos to convey?

  3. Need for Updates: Why do you need new images? What didn’t you like about the old ones?

  4. Media choice: Where will the images be used: print materials, website, or social media?

  5. Corporate Identity: Do you have a corporate identity? Is there a dress code, corporate color, or similar guidelines?

  6. Image motifs: What motifs do you want to capture? Do you have specific concepts or ideas?

  7. Number of motifs: How many different shots do you want to capture? Which are essential, and which could potentially be omitted? Note that a higher number of shots can reduce the time and quality per shot.

  8. Format selection: Do you need landscape or portrait orientation for the images?

  9. Text Integration: Should text be included directly on the image? This requires a larger image area.

  10. Design Templates: Do you already have designs or a set design for your website, flyers, or articles?

  11. People Selection: Who should be photographed? Executives, employees, or professional models?Consider who best represents your company. Which employees are willing to participate? Would you like to consider diversity in terms of gender, ethnicity, and individuals with disabilities?

  12. Makeup Artist required? Would you like to involve professional makeup artists to enhance the appearance of those being photographed?

  13. Available Spaces and Locations: What spaces or locations are available and representative of your company or institution?

  14. Restrictions: Are there any subjects or areas that should not be photographed?

It’s completely normal if you don’t have answers to all these questions yet. During our consultation, I will assist you in clarifying these points. Thorough preparation is key to successful corporate photos that authentically and effectively communicate your message.
